Midnight Bisou, the top-rated older female in North America, will be offered Nov. 4 by ELiTE Sales at Fasig-Tipton's The November Sale.

Campaigned by Bloom Racing Stable, Madaket Stables, and Allen Racing, Midnight Bisou is a five-time grade 1 winner and an 11-time graded stakes winner from seven furlongs to 1 1/8 miles. She is undefeated in 2019 and has never finished off the board in 17 starts while earning $3,245,000.

"Very rarely is an in-form, young, set-to-be crowned champion offered at public auction," said ELiTE Sales' Bradley Weisbord. "Here is an opportunity to buy the best filly in training, a five-time grade 1 winner, and a superstar physical. We're honored that Bloom Racing has chosen ELiTE to consign her."

This year Midnight Bisou has proved unbeatable in a spectacular season, most recently winning the Personal Ensign Stakes Presented by Lia Infiniti (G1), running down Elate in a dramatic stretch duel in the third meeting between the two distaff stars, with Midnight Bisou prevailing on each occasion. She has also won the Ogden Phipps Stakes (G1), the Apple Blossom Handicap (G1), the Azeri Stakes (G2), the Molly Pitcher Stakes (G3), and the Houston Ladies Classic Stakes (G3) in 2019.

Last year at 3, after breaking her maiden in the Santa Ynez Stakes (G2) at Santa Anita Park, Midnight Bisou rattled off wins in the Santa Ysabel Stakes (G3), the Santa Anita Oaks (G1), the Mother Goose Stakes (G2), and the Cotillion Stakes (G1). Additionally, she placed in four graded stakes: a second-place finish in the Coaching Club American Oaks (G1) and third-place finishes in the Longines Kentucky Oaks (G1), Alabama Stakes (G1), and against older mares in the Longines Breeders' Cup Distaff (G1).

She has recorded five triple-digit Beyer Speed Figures: 104, 103, 101, 101, 100. By Midnight Lute , Midnight Bisou was bred in Kentucky by Woodford Thoroughbreds out of Florida Oaks (G3) winner Diva Delite. Now 4, Midnight Bisou was purchased as a juvenile by Jeff Bloom from Woodford's consignment to the Ocala Breeders' Sales Spring Sale of 2-Year-Olds in Training.

"Midnight Bisou has truly been a dream come true for me, my family, and our partners," Bloom said. "She exemplifies class, beauty, and elegance, and she consistently displays unrivaled determination and dominance on the racetrack. She has an incredibly intelligent eye and confident presence, combined with an engaging and warm personality. She has taken us all on the ride of a lifetime and has forever changed our lives."
