Red Oak Farm and Newtown Anner Stud struck early during the Sept. 16 seventh session of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale, purchasing an Uncle Mo colt for $380,000 from the consignment of Mt. Brilliant Farm.
Consigned as Hip 1801, the yearling was bred in Kentucky by his consignor and is the first foal out of the stakes-winning, grade 3 placed A.P. Indy mare Secret Someone. The mare is a half sister to Gift List, dam of Mother Goose Stakes (G2) victress Dunbar Road.
