Zonda wins the Maryland Million Ladies Stakes at Laurel Park

A recent black-type winner from a graded stakes-producing family and a weanling filly by Gun Runner  have been added to the supplemental catalog of The November Sale, Fasig-Tipton's premier breeding stock sale in Kentucky scheduled for Nov. 5.

The two newest entries are cataloged as Hips 218-219:

•    Zonda (Hip 218): The 3-year-old daughter of Scat Daddy enters the sale off an impressive stakes win in the Oct. 19 Maryland Million Ladies Stakes going 1 1/8 miles on the turf at Laurel Park. From a highly productive female family, she is a half sister to the dam of graded stakes winners Honey Bunny and Dr. Edgar. A registered Maryland-bred that is also Virginia certified, she will be consigned as a racing or broodmare prospect by South Point Sales Agency, agent.

•    '19 Gun Runner—Love and Pride filly (Hip 219): The weanling filly is from the first crop of Gun Runner, Horse of the Year and earner of nearly $16 million. Her dam, Love and Pride, notched grade 1 wins at Saratoga Race Course and Santa Anita Park on her way to earnings of more than $985,000. The filly's rich female family includes grade 1 winners Cara Rafeala and Bernardini . She will be consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency, agent.

These entries may now be viewed online and will also be available in the Equineline sales catalog app. Print versions of all supplemental entries will be available on the Fasig-Tipton grounds at sale time.

The November Sale will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 5, in Lexington, Ky., beginning at 3 p.m. EDT.
