Kayce Lu, a 6-year-old mare in foal to Constitution , is the latest supplemental entry to the 2020 Fasig-Tipton Kentucky Winter Mixed Sale. Cataloged as hip 651, this entry may now be viewed online.
Consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency, agent, Kayce Lu is a half sister to graded stakes winner and multiple grade 1-placed Comical. Comical, by Into Mischief , won the Schuylerville Stakes (G3) at Saratoga Race Course last year at 2.
Kayce Lu's dam, Kayce Ace, is a stakes-placed full sister to multiple grade 1 winner Colonel John, as well as Mr. Hot Stuff, who finished third in the Santa Anita Derby (G1). She is also a half sister to graded stakes-placed Caroline's Gold.
Kayce Lu is offered in foal to Constitution, a leading first crop sire of 2019 by graded stakes winners and black-type stakes winners.
The Kentucky Winter Mixed Sale will be held Feb. 10-11, in Lexington. The supplemental catalog will be offered on Tuesday following the conclusion of the main catalog.
