Aqueduct Cancels Live Racing Card Feb. 13

In anticipation of frigid temperatures and severe wind chills potentially causing unsafe track conditions for horses and jockeys, the New York Racing Association is canceling live racing at Aqueduct Racetrack Friday, Feb. 13.
Aqueduct and the Belmont Cafe will remain open for simulcasting. Telebet and Internet wagering will be available through NYRA Rewards as well.
Live racing at Aqueduct is to resume Feb. 14, with live cards also scheduled Feb. 15-16. The NYRA said it will continue to closely monitor weather forecasts, and provide updates should further action be necessary for any of these dates.
