Aqueduct, Charles Town Cancel Thursday Cards

In anticipation of extreme winter conditions including single-digit wind chill temperatures, the New York Racing Association has canceled live racing at Aqueduct Racetrack for Thursday, Feb. 19.
As previously announced, Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races also has canceled its Thursday racing card because of winter weather.
A forecast of record-breaking cold temperatures has forced Keeneland officials to cancel simulcast and drive-thru wagering on Thursday and Friday, Feb. 19-20, as well. Also canceled is the Friday handicapping contest that was set to begin at 6 p.m.
Aqueduct and the Belmont Cafe will remain open for simulcasting. Telebet and Internet wagering will continue to be available through NYRA Rewards.
Live racing at Aqueduct is scheduled to resume Friday, Feb. 20.
