After announcing on Wednesday that its Deauville Select Sale would be moved forward a little more than two weeks to accommodate the UK government’s quarantine requirement for visitors from France, Arqana made another minor adjustment to those dates on Thursday. The sale will now be staged on Sept. 9 to 11 to avoid a clash
