Second-crop California sire Curlin to Mischief  sired his first black-type winner Sept. 4 when his son Good With People captured the I'm Smokin Stakes at Del Mar in wire-to-wire fashion.

A homebred for J. Kirk and Judy Robison, Good With People is the second stakes winner and third black-type performer produced by the Roar of the Tiger stakes winner Gator Prowl. All bred by the Robisons, the black-type half siblings to Good With People are multiple stakes winner Fast Gator (Diabolical) and Gator Heat (Southwestern Heat), who was third in the 2014 George Maloof Futurity at Albuquerque Downs.

Good With People got his stakes win in his third start. He became stakes-placed in his second start with a second-place finish in the Aug. 2 Graduation Stakes at Del Mar. The colt has earned $106,000 since his debut July 12. Good With People is trained by Peter Miller.
