Harvey's Lil Goil turned the tables on Micheline, who beat her last month at Kentucky Downs, by winning the $500,000 Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup Stakes Presented by Dixiana (G1T) Oct. 10 at Keeneland.
The daughter of American Pharoah owned by Paul Braverman and the estate of Harvey Clarke raced 1 1/8 miles on good turf under Martin Garcia in 1:48.72. She was bred in Kentucky by Clarke.
She paid $9.20.
Micheline rallied to be second, three-quarters of a length behind the winner and a half-length ahead of favored Magic Attitude in third.
