Tattersalls has confirmed 2021 dates for the Craven Breeze-Up, Guineas Breeze-Up and Horses-in-Training, and the Tattersalls Ireland Goresbridge Breeze-Up Sales.
The Craven Breeze-Up and Guineas Breeze-Up and HIT sales will take place April 12-14 and April 29-30, respectively, and the Goresbridge auction will be held May 20-21.
However, the company also revealed the Tattersalls Ascot Breeze-Up Sale will not take place next year.
Tattersalls chairman Edmond Mahony said: "It will be a huge relief for all concerned to have the Tattersalls breeze-up sales return to their traditional dates after this year's COVID-related disruption.
"Obviously, the possibility of further disruption in both Britain and Ireland still exists, but the recent news that we can expect limited crowds to be allowed back to racecourses in Britain in the very near future gives us all optimism as we look forward to next year.
"Between the three Tattersalls and Tattersalls Ireland Breeze-Up Sales, we will be aiming to accommodate very similar numbers to the total cataloged in 2020, but without staging the Ascot fixture, which this year took place alongside the Craven Breeze-Up owing to the calendar changes."
He added: "Rationalizing the number of breeze-up sales should alleviate the demands placed upon all participants in this important but congested sector of the bloodstock market, and we are confident the 2021 Tattersalls portfolio of breeze-up sales will allow us to accommodate the requirements of consignors and buyers better than ever."
