Racing for March 4 has been canceled at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, while Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races has canceled racing for March 5. Charles Town still will offer live race the evening of March 4.
Pending further developments with the weather, simulcasting is slated to go on at Charles Town as scheduled throughout the day on Thursday with live racing slated to resume the evening of March 6, at 7:05 p.m. EST.
Meanwhile, Penn National announced that, because of winter weather conditions and another expected snow storm, live racing would be canceled the evening of March 4. Simulcasting will continue throughout the day at Penn National, with the next live racing program beginning March 5, at 6:00 p.m. EST.
