We Got This Stables' I Get It will go for her first stakes victory in the Feb. 27 $100,000 Herecomesthebride Stakes (G3T) at Gulfstream Park.
The white-faced daughter of Get Stormy will seek her fifth victory in eight starts in the 1 1/16-mile turf stakes for 3-year-old fillies.
I Get It has won four of her last five starts by a combined 14 3/4 lengths in going-away fashion while demonstrating an explosive late kick and a distinct fondness for the Gulfstream turf course. She broke through Aug. 28 in her third career start with a five-length maiden victory while not being equipped with the blinkers she wore in her first two unsuccessful starts. The bay came right back to capture a pair of allowance optional claiming races at Gulfstream Park West before lacking her usual late kick when fourth in the Jan. 2 Ginger Brew Stakes at Gulfstream. She bounced back with a sharp three-length starter optional claiming score Jan. 21.
I Get It will certainly have to run the best race of her career to earn graded stakes credentials while facing the likes of Mark Casse-trained Spanish Loveaffair, a graded stakes-placed, stakes-winning filly who finished sixth in the Nov. 6 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf (G1T) at Keeneland, and Todd Pletcher-trained Con Lima, who finished 4 1/2 lengths ahead of the Ronald Spatz trainee in the Ginger Brew.
"These kind of races are the acid test for her. You've got a horse that got beat five lengths in the Breeders' Cup," Spatz said. "Maybe some of them will be vulnerable because they haven't been out in a while."
Miguel Vasquez has the return call aboard I Get It.
Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners, Gary Barber, and Michael Hernon's Spanish Loveaffair is scheduled to make her first start since finishing sixth in the Juvenile Fillies Turf.
"She's doing really well. She's trained well since the Breeders' Cup," Casse said. "We're anxious to get her started."
The daughter of Karakontie is already quite familiar with the Gulfstream turf course, over which she launched her career last summer with an 11-length debut victory before capturing the Sharp Susan Stakes. The Kentucky-bred filly went on to finish second in the JPMorgan Jessamine Stakes (G2T) at Keeneland before the Juvenile Fillies Turf.
Tyler Gaffalione retains the mount on Spanish Loveaffair.
Con Lima, owned by a partnership that includes Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners, never gave I Get It a chance in the Ginger Brew, in which she went right to the lead and lengthened her advantage to the finish line. The daughter of Commissioner came back to set the pace in the Sweetest Chant Stakes (G3T) before yielding late to White Frost in deep stretch. The Texas-bred has finished first or second in all seven of her career starts.
Irad Ortiz Jr. will be aboard Con Lima.

Chess's Dream the One to Beat in Palm Beach
Michael Dubb, Steven Bouchey, Bethlehem Stables, and Chester Bishop's Chess's Dream will seek to pull off back-to-back stakes victories in Saturday's $100,000 Palm Beach Stakes at Gulfstream Park.
The Michael Maker-trained son of Jess's Dream , who captured the Jan. 30 Kitten's Joy Stakes (G3T) at Gulfstream, heads a field of eight 3-year-olds in the Palm Beach, a 1 1/16-mile turf event that will be among nine stakes on Saturday's 14-race program.
Chess's Dream saved ground while stalking the pace before kicking in through the stretch to draw off to a two-length victory in the Kitten's Joy. The Florida-bred colt went into the Kitten's Joy off an eye-catching maiden score Dec. 13.
Gaffalione has the return call aboard Chess's Dream.
Stuart Janney III's Scarlett Sky is coming off an auspicious optional claiming allowance victory in which he drew off to win by five lengths at Gulfstream Park. The Shug McGaughey-trained son of Sky Mesa broke his maiden in similar fashion at Belmont Park Oct. 23 before concluding his juvenile season with a fourth-place finish over a 'good' Aqueduct turf in the Central Park Stakes.
Jose Ortiz is scheduled to ride Scarlett Sky for the first time Saturday.
Michel Tabor, Susan Magnier, and Derrick Smith's Fighting Force returns to Gulfstream after finishing fourth in the Texas Turf Mile Stakes at Sam Houston Race Park Jan. 31. The Pletcher-trained son of Air Force Blue had previously finished second in the Dania Beach Stakes at Gulfstream.
Hall of Famer John Velazquez has the call aboard Fighting Force.
