The catalog for next month's Tattersalls Craven Breeze Up Sale is now online, with 168 high-class juveniles featuring for a sale which comes with the attraction of the new £250,000 Craven Royal Ascot/Group 1 Bonus.
A £125,000 reward will be offered to the first Craven Breeze Up winner of any of the six 2-year-old races at Royal Ascot. An additional £125,000 bonus will also be paid to the first Craven Breeze Up winner of any of the 15 European group 1 races open to 2-year-olds.
April 12-14 is the date of the breeze-ups and sale, and entries include 20 horses out of group or listed-winning mares, such as Malcolm Bastard's Frankel colt out of Darley Prix Jean Romanet (G1) winner Ribbons (Lot 79) and the Mocklershill-consigned Dubawi colt out of group 3 scorer Stellar Path (Lot 95).
Colts by the late Arrogate and Union Rags out of grade 1 victresses Funny Moon (Lot 11) and Careless Jewel (Lot 145), respectively, also feature.
There are also own or half brothers and sisters to 32 group or listed winners, including Oak Tree Farm's Siyouni half brother to grade 1 victor Western Aristocrat (Lot 135) and Ardglas Stables' Aclaim half brother to Qatar Sussex Stakes (G1) hero Here Comes When (Lot 73).
Top-class sires with horses in the sale include Camelot, Dubawi, Frankel, Kingman, and Lope de Vega, while first-season sires Almanzor, Churchill, Highland Reel, and Profitable also feature.
