Campo to Oversee Racing for Stronach Group

P.J. Campo, who served as vice president and director of racing for the New York Racing Association, has taken a job as vice president of racing with The Stronach Group.

NYRA recently announced that Martin Panza, vice president of racing at Hollywood Park, had been hired to oversee racing operations for chief executive officer Chris Kay.

Campo will be based primarily at Gulfstream Park in Florida, according to a release. He will oversee The Stronach Group's racing operations and assist chief operating officer and Gulfstream president Tim Ritvo.
