Glass Slippers has suffered a minor setback and will not run in the June 19 Diamond Jubilee Stakes (G1) at Royal Ascot.
The Kevin Ryan-trained sprinter was a surprise absentee from the June 15 King's Stand Stakes (G1) over five furlongs, with connections preferring to target the Diamond Jubilee over a furlong further.
However, Glass Slippers did not appear in the 16 confirmations for the six-furlong contest after picking up an injury in her final piece of work.
Last year's Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint (G1T) winner, who was around a 9-1 chance for the Diamond Jubilee, could now make her seasonal return in the King George Stakes (G2) at Glorious Goodwood.
Ryan said: "Unfortunately, she pulled a muscle in her last piece of work. It's something of nothing and we'll give her an easy 10 days and we'll probably aim her at Goodwood."
The trainer could still be represented in the race by Emaraaty Ana , who is a general 33-1 chance.
"He's in great form, and we're delighted with him," added Ryan. "We hope they don't get too much of the forecast rain as he's a top-of-the-ground horse."
Dream of Dreams appears on course to bid for what would be a deserved success in the Diamond Jubilee, having been beaten by a head in the last two runnings.
The Sir Michael Stoute-trained 7-year-old is the highest rated runner in the field, but is only second favorite in the market behind the exciting Starman , a winner of four of his five starts.
Starman won the Duke of York Clipper Logistics Stakes (G2) last time by a neck from QTS Ayr Gold Cup winner Nahaarr , who could reoppose on Saturday.
Coral Coronation Cup (G1) winner Pyledriver will miss the Hardwicke Stakes (G2) on Saturday, with connections revealing last week they will wait for next month's King George VI And Queen Elizabeth QIPCO Stakes (G1) at the track.
Shadwell has a strong hand in the Hardwicke Stakes with Hukum and Al Aasy among the 20 possible runners alongside Broome , Logician , and Sir Ron Priestley .
Godolphin's Creative Force , a winner of all three starts this term, is unable to run in the Commonwealth Cup (G1) as he is a gelding, but he appeared in the entries for the Jersey Stakes (G3) on Saturday.
