Siblings to outstanding performers including Blue Point , Battaash , Ghaiyyath , and Palace Pier  feature among a customarily strong catalog of 502 for Book 1 of the 2021 Tattersalls October Yearling Sale.

The list goes on, as there are half brothers and sisters to 47 classic and group 1 winners and 248 group or listed winners such as Advertise , Aunt Pearl , Pretty Gorgeous , Snow Lantern , Subjectivist , Sovereign , Aclaim , Beauty Parlour , Bolshoi Ballet , Cursory Glance , Golden Horde , Shalaa , and next year's ante-post classic favorite Point Lonsdale .

The event takes place Oct. 5-7, with all lots eligible for the £20,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Bonus scheme.

From Europe's elite sires, there are 20 yearlings by Dubawi , 24 by Frankel , 43 by Kingman , 44 by Lope de Vega , 34 by Sea The Stars , and 14 by the late, great Galileo. Among the finest racemares with progeny offered are Nightime  and Sky Lantern  (both offspring by Kingman), Attraction  (Dubawi), Miss France  (Galileo Gold ), Danedream  (Kingman), Persuasive  (Frankel), The Fugue  (Shamardal ), and Vorda  (Siyouni ).

Galileo has a full sister to Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf (G1T) winner Line of Duty  going under the hammer and half brothers to Toormore , Glorious Forever, and Time Warp  while Dubawi's collection include half siblings to European stars Waldgeist and Rizeena  as well as the first foal out of Juddmonte Pretty Polly Stakes (G1) winner Urban Fox .

First-season sires will be represented through Cracksman , Expert Eye , Harry Angel , Roaring Lion, Saxon Warrior , Sioux Nation , and U S Navy Flag  as well as the U.S.-based City of Light  , Good Magic  , Justify  , and Mendelssohn

The largest draft comes from last year's leading consisignor Newsells Park Stud, which will offer 30 yearlings, followed by The Castlebridge Consignment with 29 and Highclere Stud with 23 lots cataloged.

Tattersalls chairman Edmond Mahony said: "The catalog looks to be another vintage edition with an impressive number of yearlings closely related to outstanding racehorses of recent years.

"October Book 1 purchases have enjoyed a remarkable 2021 on the racecourse with the world's highest rated horse, St Mark's Basilica , leading the way alongside the world's highest rated miler Palace Pier, the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby (G1) and Grand Prix de Paris (G1) winner Hurricane Lane , as well as Domestic Spending , the highest rated turf horse in North America.

"All 502 yearlings are eligible for the enormously popular £20,000 October Book 1 Bonus which has paid out more than £6 million in bonuses to the 243 winners over the past six years and will again ensure that buyers have the chance to win unprecedented prize money by purchasing at Europe's premier yearling sale."
