The City of Light colt consigned as Hip 376 to the Keeneland September Sale
A knockout colt by Lane's End's first-crop yearling sire City of Light made sparks toward the end of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale's second session, selling for $1.05 million to agent West Bloodstock on behalf of Repole Stable and St Elias Stable.
Bred and consigned by Woods Edge Farm as Hip 376, the colt is a half brother to Senator Ken Maddy Stakes (G3T) winner Biddy Duke , by Bayern . The family also has produced champions Folklore , Contrail , and Essential Quality .
