Four Arrests at Penn National Race Course

Description:

Four people were arrested Friday, Nov. 22 at Penn National Race Course.

The names of the four people arrested are still being confirmed but a Penn National horseman who wished to remain anonymous said the arrests were three trainers and a clocker.

Those numbers are in line with information being released by the track. Penn National spokesperson Dan Silver said four people were arrested.

"We understand that four arrests have been made today," Silver said. "We were not privy to any details of those arrests, nor have we been contacted by law enforcement, so we cannot provide any comment on the matter."

The Penn National horseman said the FBI has been conducting and ongoing investigation at the track. The FBI was not immediately available for comment and it has not been confirmed that they made the arrests.
