Definitely stuffing.

Baltimore (As a Clevelander, I am thankful for both teams' troubles this season, but I think the Ravens are marginally better than the Steelers), Dallas (because Oakland is even worse than Pittsburgh) and Detroit (Green Bay may be on its FIFTH quarterback by then).

Scarf, fashionable and warm.

Orb because he won the Florida Derby, which I covered, and then won the Kentucky Derby, my first time as the lead writer there. A memorable run.

My family has always made rutabaga as a side at Thanksgiving dinner. I love it. I tend to eat about two pieces of turkey and six plates of rutabaga every year.

I think Thanksgiving Day will make for some very happy fans of the home teams: Detroit, Dallas and Baltimore.

My blue, green and white striped hoodie. It has gone all around the country with me and I wear it whenever I need to stay warm. It pops up so often in pictures that sometimes I think my Facebook friends might wonder if I even own any other clothes.

I’m thankful for Stig’s Deputy. He’s a 9-year-old who won several turf sprints this year in the Midwest. I’ve always been a big fan of his, and he’s just such a neat horse – he really seems to love what he does, and he tries so hard every time. He’s the kind of horse that makes me feel lucky to get to be a part of this game.

Best thing about Thanksgiving dinner is that we are in New Orleans and we visit with some real good friends every year and, of course, the pumpkin pie!

I had to lean on friends I trust, and I've come up with the Lions, Steelers and Cowboys.

The best thing I like to wear in cold weather is my toboggan and a scarf.

I thought about this and really I'm very thankful for all of my horses. I have a blue collar stable and every one of them are overachievers and rise to the occasion more than not. Every win I get from them is so important for my career.

Gary Stevens is a Hall of Fame jockey who returned from a 7-year retirement this year to win the 2013 Preakness Stakes, Breeders' Cup Distaff and Breeders' Cup Classic, among other races.

Being with friends and family.

I'm picking Packers, Cowboys and Ravens.

Anything to keep my ears warm.

There are too many list. Branding, who was my first winner for Tom Proctor and Glen Hill Farm, that started it all off. That one was pretty special. Slim Shadey for Simon Callaghan, which was my first graded win since my comeback. Oxbow, Beholder and Mucho Macho Man. Mucho Macho Man takes the cake!
