

A thick cloud cover greeted early arriving fans at Del Mar Nov. 6, but the local forecast calls for sunshine this afternoon with temperatures in the low 60s as the Breeders' Cup World Championships continue with nine more Breeders' Cup races, plus some undercard events.
The first race on the 12-race card is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. PT (1:15 p.m. ET) and the first Breeders' Cup race, the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint (G1), is scheduled as race 4 at 12:05 p.m. PT (3:05 p.m. ET).
The World Championships will be televised live on NBC, NBCSN, and TVG. Coverage is scheduled from 2:30-8 p.m., Nov. 6 on NBCSN and TVG. The World Championships conclude live and in primetime on NBC from 8-9 p.m. The Longines Breeders' Cup Classic (race 12 on the card) is scheduled for 5:40 p.m. PT (8:40 p.m. ET).
Scratches in today's Breeders Cup races follow.
In the fourth race, the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint (G1), Estilo Talentoso (No. 2) is scratched.
In race five, the Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint (G1T), Arrest Me Red (5) is scratched. With that scratch, Chaos Theory (15) will run. The other also-eligibles are scratched: Bombard (13), The Critical Way (14), Beer Can Man (16), Commander (17), and Hollywood Talent (18).
In the ninth race, the FanDuel Breeders' Cup Mile presented by PDJF (G1T), Hit the Road (4) and also-eligible Queen Supreme (16) are scratched while Real Appeal (15) will run.
In the 11th race, the Longines Breeders' Cup Turf (G1T), United (2) and Domestic Spending (3) are scratched, which brings Bolshoi Ballet (15) and Channel Maker (16) into the field. Mogul (17) and Friar's Road (18) are scratched. Jockey changes also were announced as jockey Frankie Dettori moves from Broome (8) to Bolshoi Ballet. Irad Ortiz Jr. will ride Broome.
In race 12, the Breeders' Cup Classic (G1), Express Train is scratched.
