Waiting , an unraced son of American Pharaoh out of the winning Medaglia d'Oro   mare Wait No More, is a new addition to the Irish Hill & Dutchess Views Stallions roster for 2022, the farm announced Nov. 15 along with its stud fees for next year.

The 4-year-old colt is the first foal out of Wait No More, who sold for $1,575,000 as the top seller in 2012 at The Saratoga Sale, Fasig-Tipton's select yearling sale in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. Wait No More, bred by Arindel in Florida, is out of 2006 champion 3-year-old filly Wait a While , who won the American Oaks Invitational Stakes (G1T) and Yellow Ribbon Stakes (G1T) and was third in the Kentucky Oaks (G1). The family also has produced multiple champion, Preakness Stakes (G1) winner, and successful sire Lookin At Lucky  . Waiting enters stud at $4,000.

As of Monday, Irish Hill & Dutchess Views stands two of the top five active New York-based stallions—Big Brown   and War Dancer  .

Big Brown is the leading New York sire by number of winners with 53 and one of two sires represented by a graded stakes winner this year along with Slumber  . Multiple grade 1-placed, multiple grade 2 winner Somelikeithotbrown  is Big Brown's top runner this year with nearly $500,000 in earnings. Big Brown is the second-leading New York sire to date by progeny earnings.
