Description:

Lael Stables' Divining Rod, runner-up in the Sam F. Davis (gr. III) and third-place finisher in the Tampa Bay Derby (gr. II), tops a field of seven 3-year-olds entered for the 34th running of the $250,000 Coolmore Lexington (gr. III) April 11 at Keeneland.

The 1 1/16-mile main-track test serves as the final chance in Kentucky for horses to earn points toward the Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I). The race offers 17 points on a 10-4-2-1 scale toward the 20-horse starting gate on the First Saturday in May. None of Saturday's entrants are expected to compete in the Kentucky Derby.

The Coolmore Lexington will go as the 10th race on Saturday's 11-race program with a 5:18 p.m. ET post time.

Trained by Arnaud Delacour, Divining Rod set the pace in the Tampa Bay Derby, in which he finished 7 1/2 lengths behind Carpe Diem, who won last the April 4 Toyota Blue Grass (gr. I).

Julien Leparoux has the mount on the Tapit   colt from the rail.

Invading from California for the race is Juddmonte Farms' Fame and Power, trained by Bob Baffert. The son of First Defence   broke his maiden in his most recent start, going seven furlongs at Santa Anita Park March 8. Irad Ortiz Jr. has the mount from post 6.

All runners will carry 118 pounds.
