Vacay, a stakes-winning daughter of Not This Time, is among 49 supplemented entries to the Fasig-Tipton Kentucky Winter Mixed Sale

Fasig-Tipton has cataloged an additional 49 supplemental entries to its 2022 Kentucky Winter Mixed Sale, to be held on Feb. 7-8 nearing Lexington with each session beginning at 10 a.m. ET.

These latest entries, cataloged as hips 500-548, include Vacay  (Hip 501), a 4-year-old daughter of Not This Time   and a stakes winner at 2 and multiple stakes placed at 3, consigned as a broodmare prospect by Highgate Sales, agent; Wink Texas  (Hip 520), a stakes-placed 4-year-old filly from the family of grade 1 winners Seventh Street , American Gal , and Authentic  , consigned as a broodmare prospect by James B. Keogh, agent; Eloquent Speaker  (Hip 536), a New York-bred daughter of Flatter   from the immediate family of multiple grade 1 winner Behrens  and second, beaten a neck, in the Jan. 2 La Verdad Stakes at Aqueduct Racetrack, consigned as a racing/broodmare prospect by Taylor Made Sales Agency, agent; Just Read It  (Hip 537), a 4-year-old stakes-winning daughter of Constitution   from the family of champion Safely Kept  and multiple graded stakes winner Venetian Harbor , winner of the Cicada Stakes at Aqueduct last year and winner of an allowance/optional claimer at Aqueduct in her most recent start Jan. 6, consigned as a racing/broodmare prospect by Taylor Made Sales Agency, agent; and Brilliant Cut  (Hip 541), a 4-year-old daughter of Speightstown   who finished second in the Dec. 26 La Brea Stakes (G1) at Santa Anita Park in her most recent start and third in the Santa Ynez Stakes (G2) earlier in her 3-year-old campaign. A half sister to recent stakes-winning 2-year-old filly Lemieux , her immediate family includes grade 1 winners Diamondrella  and Life Is Good , dominant winner of the 2021 Big Ass Fans Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile (G1), which pushed his career earnings over $1 million. She is consigned as a racing/broodmare prospect by Highgate Sales, agent.

The 2021 edition of this sale saw brisk action with a modest 18.8% buy-back rate among 524 offered. Gross sales totaled $12,506,700 with racing/broodmare prospects averaging $41,561, broodmares averaging $26,393, and short yearlings averaging $22,207.
