The first two reported foals by grade 3 and multiple stakes winner Name Changer  have arrived in New York, according to Kaz Hill Farm, where the son of Uncle Mo   entered stud last year.

Colts Neck Stables, which raced Name Changer, bred one of the two fillies born recently. Its foal is out of the winning Roman Ruler mare Fastener, whose dam is a full sister to the dam of champion and Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (G1) winner Street Sense  .

Kaz Hill bred the other filly out of Shanghai Shuffle, a winning daughter of Shanghai Bobby  out of stakes-placed Bailzee, who is out of grade 2 winner Golden Gale.

"These first two foals are the spitting image of Name Changer—with plenty of leg, great shoulders, and all-around athleticism," said Kaz Hill Farm manager Sal Martin. "If all his babies turn out this nicely, we're going to be spending a lot of time in the winner's circle at Saratoga, Belmont, and Aqueduct starting in 2024."

Name Changer is a Colts Neck homebred out of graded-placed multiple stakes winner Cash's Girl. He compiled an 8-2-8 record from 24 lifetime starts and earned $567,080. His best win came in the 2018 Monmouth Cup Stakes (G3) and he was also third in the 2016 West Virginia Derby (G2). He won or placed in nine black-type stakes.
