Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert inspects Bletchley Park in 2020 at The Gulfstream Sale

Westerberg Limited and Coolmore connections of Susan Magnier, Michael Tabor, and Derrick Smith's Bletchley Park  will make another bid to break his maiden March 6 at Santa Anita Park in a one-mile maiden special weight for 3-year-olds.

The Nyquist   colt was a $2.6 million 2-year-old purchase by M. V. Magnier, who scooped him up from the Wavertree Stables' consignment at The Gulfstream Sale, Fasig-Tipton's select 2-year-olds in training auction. Bletchley Park was bred by G. Watts Humphrey Jr. and is the first foal out of the Smart Strike  mare Spinning Wheel , a half sister to grade 1-placed Ride On Curlin . His third dam is grade 1 winner Victory Ride .

In his Jan. 22 debut going six furlongs for trainer Bob Baffert, Bletchley Park finished 1 1/4 lengths behind Happy Jack , who finished third in the March 5 San Felipe Stakes (G2) after running fifth Feb. 6 Robert B. Lewis Stakes (G3) at Santa Anita.

Sunday's contest will also feature Kerouac  among the field of six. The twice-raced Uncle Mo   colt is favored at morning-line odds of 8-5 while Bletchley Park is 5-2.

SF Racing, Starlight Racing, and Madaket Stables picked up Kerouac for $420,000 at the Fasig-Tipton Selected Yearlings Showcase from consigner James Herbener. He is out of the graded-winning Tapit   mare Walk Close , who also produced 2019 TVG Breeders' Cup Juvenile (G1) runner-up Anneau d'Or . He was bred by Lochlow Farm and has since added Robert Masterson, Stonestreet Stables, Jay  Schoenfarber, Waves Edge Capital, Catherine Donovan, Golconda Stable, and Siena Farm to his ownership group.

Kerouac finished fourth in his Jan. 21 debut and returned Feb. 12 to finish second, 1 1/2 lengths behind Cover Me Up .

The Michael McCarthy-trained Piroli  will garner support after finishing second in his most recent effort. The 9-5 shot, a Battle of Midway  colt, is owned by Don Alberto Corporation.

Win the Day , Classic Mark , and Mongolian Box  round out the field.
