Ireland's A Case of You Tough in Al Quoz Sprint

Gary Devlin's A Case of You , a 4-year-old colt by Hot Streak , put in a game performance March 26 to take the $1.5 million Al Quoz Sprint sponsored by Azizi Developments (G1), the first group 1 stakes on this year's Dubai World Cup card.

Gliding down the rail, A Case of You and jockey Ronan Whelan held off a tough challenge by favorite Man of Promise, who finished third by a neck. Happy Romance was second by 1 1/4 lengths. The colt is trained by Adrian McGuinness.

The final time of the 1,200-meter (about six furlongs) event was 1:08.81.
