Fasig-Tipton has cataloged 636 entries for its upcoming Midlantic 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale May 23-24 at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, Md.
"This is the strongest catalog we have ever had for Midlantic 2-year-olds in training," said Midlantic sales director Paget Bennett. "It is the largest in size in recent memory, and there is tremendous quality that will suit both leading national stables, as well as the various regional circuits in our area."
Bennett added: "Just about every current leading sire is represented in this catalog, as well as the sport's most sought-after young sires."
This year's front catalog cover features the sale's most recent grade 1/group 1 winners in Beyond Brilliant , Gamine , Got Stormy , and Switzerland . The back cover features an additional 11 graded stakes winners or stakes winners.
"Buyers have tremendous confidence purchasing off of Timonium's dirt racetrack. One only needs to look at the sale's lengthy list of stakes-winning graduates to understand why," said Bennett.
The under tack show will be conducted May 17-19 with each session starting at 8 a.m. ET. Each sale session will start at 11 a.m. The catalog is available on the Fasig-Tipton website and via the Equineline sales catalog app. Print catalogs will be available beginning April 26. Online bidding and phone bidding services will also be available.
