Line of Vision , a multiple stakes-winning daughter of Court Vision  , hammered down at $60,000 to top the market of the 2022 Wanamaker's April Sale. On the track, Line of Vision was twice a stakes winner as a juvenile and added one more as a 3-year-old. She was offered in-foal to Belmont Stakes Presented by NYRA Bets (G1) winner, Tiz the Law  , which will be her first foal. Line of Vision was purchased by Carrie Brogden of Machmer Hall.

"One of my clients alerted me to a stakes-winning mare carrying her first baby by Tiz the Law in the

Wanamaker's Sale," said Brogden. "We have had several of his babies born on our farm and were very

impressed with his progeny, so this seems like a very solid, long-term purchase for us."

When speaking on how the buying process through Wanamaker's went, Brodgen stated that she believes "digital sales are the future of selling pregnant mares."

Also sold was Malibu Cougar  (Malibu Moon ), who alongside her newest foal, a filly by Munnings  , sold for $45,000. In addition, racing prospects War Cross  and Hard Frost  sold for $14,000 and $9,000, respectively.

In total, 19 horses changed hands for a gross amount of $197,300. The next Wanamaker's auction will

take place on May 26, with entries being taken up until May 17. More information on the entry

process can be found at wanamakers.com/sell.
