The Kentucky Derby is May 2, and it should be one of the most competitive editions of the race in years. A full field of 20 3-year-old Thoroughbreds is expected to enter the Churchill Downs starting gate just 1 ¼ miles from Derby glory.
With so many horses that have prepped in key races across the country ... and globe ... it can be difficult to keep up with all of them. Don't worry, we’ve created a handy cheat sheet to get you up to speed on all the contenders. Read on to get the scoop.
