Another Mystery wins 2021 Black Tie Affair Stakes at Arlington Park

Team Block's multiple stakes-winning turf specialist Another Mystery  tops an oversubscribed field of 15 entered in the $200,000 Louisville Stakes (G3T) at Churchill Downs May 21.

The Louisville, a 1 1/2-mile turf event, is the 11th and final race on the card at 5:58 p.m. ET.

Trained by Chris Block, Another Mystery ran second behind multiple grade 1 winner Channel Maker  in last month's $300,000 Elkhorn (G2T) at Keeneland. The 6-year-old horse finished in a dead heat for first with Fantasioso  in the $200,000 John B. Connally Turf Cup (G3T) in late January. 

Ashbrook Farm and BBN Racing's Bama Breeze, fourth in the Elkhorn, also races Saturday for trainer Rusty Arnold.

Another top contender appears to be Donegal Racing's two-time stakes winner Shamrocket , trained by Hall of Famer Todd Pletcher. He will seek to rebound from a fourth-place finish at Tampa Bay Downs in the March 27 Grey Goose Turf Classic Stakes.

In the 10th race, a half-hour before the Louisville Stakes, 2021 Claiborne Breeders' Futurity (G1) winner Rattle N Roll  seeks his first win as a 3-year-old in a second-level allowance optional claimer at 1 1/16 miles on dirt. The Kenny McPeek trainee, owned by Lucky Seven Stables, was one of two also-eligibles (victorious Rich Strike  the other) for the May 7 Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve (G1) but Rattle N Roll, unlike Rich Strike, did not draw into the race.
