Brown Court Hearing Moved to Sept. 16 in Saratoga

The court appearance for trainer Chad Brown scheduled for Sept. 2 has been adjourned and moved to Sept. 16 at 9 a.m. at the Saratoga County Court House in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
Brown, the four-time Eclipse Award-winner, is facing a misdemeanor charge of criminal obstruction of breathing stemming from an Aug. 17 domestic incident.
Brown, who was released on bond, entered a not guilty plea through his attorney at his Aug. 18 hearing.
