Hinkle Farms hit a home run with a homebred Curlin   colt (Hip 369) that sold for $1.1 million Sept. 13 to partners Mike Repole and M.V. Magnier late during the second day of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale. The colt is the first foal out of the graded-places stakes winner Orbolution .

Hinkle bought Orbolution for $325,000 out of Fasig-Tipton's 2019 July Selected Horses of Racing Age Sale from Taylor Made Sales Agency's consignment. The mare, by 2013 Kentucky Derby (G1) winner Orb, is out of grade 3-placed winner My Rachel  and is a half sister to three stakes-placed winners.
