European bloodstock agent Richard Knight struck again at the top of the market Sept. 13, going to $1.1 million for a Gun Runner filly (Hip297) who is a full sister to Adirondack Stakes (G2) winner Wicked Halo midway through the Sept. 13 second session of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale.
Named Wicked Again, Gaineway consigned the filly that was bred in Kentucky by Winchell Thoroughbreds out of the grade 2 Tapit winner Just Wicked.
Knight bought the day's only other seven-figure horse so far when he paid $1.3 million for a Constitution colt (Hip 192) consigned by Highgate Sales.
