An upcoming court appearance for trainer Chad Brown has once again been adjourned and moved from Sept. 16 to Oct. 7 at 9 a.m. at the Saratoga County Court House in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
Brown is facing a misdemeanor charge of criminal obstruction of breathing stemming from an Aug. 17 domestic incident.
