Fasig-Tipton has cataloged 235 entries for The Saratoga Fall Sale, the company's New York breeding stock sale, to be held Monday, Oct. 17 in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.  The sale will be held in the Humphrey S. Finney Pavilion and begin at 10 a.m. ET.

"This is an important sale for those that actively participate in the New York-bred program," said Fasig-Tipton president Boyd Browning. "Saratoga Fall annually offers the highest concentration of New York-bred weanlings of any mixed sale in North America. This year we have 175 weanlings cataloged—all of which are New York-bred."

"There are also good opportunities in the broodmare portion of the sale, with a number of mares in foal to promising young sires," Browning added.

Since its inception in 2012, The Saratoga Fall Sale has been a top destination for broodmares and weanlings— especially those foaled in New York. The sale is the prime source for breeding stock in the Empire State. Most of the mares offered are considered resident New York mares, carrying foals that will be eligible to be registered as New York-bred.

The catalog may now be viewed online and will also be available via the Equineline sales catalogue app.  Print catalogs will be available by Sept. 23.
