Workouts of note May 4 included last year's 3-year-old champion filly Untapable and grade I winner Lea, who both worked in Kentucky.

Winchell Thoroughbreds homebred Untapable, who won the Apple Blossom Handicap (gr. I) April 10 at Oaklawn Park, breezed five furlongs in 1:00 4/5 on a fast track at Churchill Downs for trainer Steve Asmussen. The work was the ninth-fastest of 27 at the distance.

Asmussen also sent out Winchell Thoroughbreds homebred Tapiture, a two-time grade II winner who completed the same distance in 1:01.

Also at Churchill Monday, Kaleem Shah's Santa Anita Oaks (gr. I) runner-up Luminance, trained by Bob Baffert, breezed six furlongs in 1:13.

At Keeneland, trainer Bill Mott sent out Lea for a four-furlong breeze, and the grade I winner completed the distance in :50 1/5, eighth-fastest of 15 at the distance. The move on the fast track was the first timed workout for Claiborne Farm and Adele Dilschneider's Lea since his third-place finish in the Dubai World Cup (UAE-I) March 28 at Meydan.
