Three jockeys have been served suspensions from the Keeneland stewards for riding infractions that occurred on opening day, Oct. 7. All three suspensions will be served Oct. 19-21, which will allow the riders to compete for the remaining weekends of the Keeneland meet.

The Daily Racing Form's Marty McGee first reported the suspensions.

Last year's Eclipse Award winner, Joel Rosario, and his mount, Olga Isabel , were taken down in the fifth race Friday after bearing out badly down the lane, forcing Jag Warrior to the center of the track. Although crossing the wire in first ahead of Jag Warrior, Olga Isabel was disqualified and placed second behind Jag Warrior.

Jose Ortiz was disqualified from third to fourth in the feature, the Darley Alcibiades Stakes (G1), for his ride aboard Raging Sea . The filly bumped into Xigera  in deep stretch, which led to the latter's being placed third.

In the 10th and final race Friday, Irad Ortiz Jr. and his mount, Longpants Required , bumped into Soft Touch going into the final turn, forcing Fairchild  to steady hard. Longpants Required finished ninth.
