Newmarket's eight-race card Oct. 19 is devoted to 2-year-olds, highlighted by the British Stallion Studs EBF Future Stayers Novice Stakes won by luminaries such as Hurricane Lane  and Cracksman

The mile event, which also featured the brilliant Stradivarius  when Cracksman struck in 2016, will see 11 runners line up in a bid to emulate the European and world champion as well as last year's St Leger, Irish Derby, and Grand Prix de Paris scorer Hurricane Lane.

Eyecatchers include the very well-related pair of Military Order and Rebel Red, who made promising debuts at Newmarket and Salisbury, respectively.

The Godolphin-bred Military Order is out of group 3 winner and Etihad Airways Irish One Thousand Guineas (G1) second Anna Salai , making him a full brother to last term's Cazoo Derby (G1) and King George VI and Queen Elizabeth QIPCO Stakes (G1) hero, Adayar , recently a fine second in the QIPCO Champion Stakes (G1).

Rebel Red, a homebred of John and Tanya Gunther, is a full brother to St. James's Palace Stakes (G1) winner and Newsells Park Stud sire Without Parole  and a half brother to Las Vegas Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile (G1) winner Tamarkuz  .
