The International Federation of Horseracing Authorities has announced the release of volume 6 of IFHA Quarterly, a newsletter produced in partnership with the Japan Racing Association.
Volume 6 includes a full recap of the 56th International Conference of Horseracing Authorities, and a profile interview of Kosta and Stephanie Hronis, part of the ownership group of Flightline , who is at the top of the Longines World's Best Racehorse Rankings, and currently the highest rated horse in the world with a rating of 139.
