Longines Kentucky Oaks (G1) winner Secret Oath  has been withdrawn from The November Sale, Fasig-Tipton's marquee breeding stock sale Nov. 6 in Lexington, to race on as a 4-year-old for owners Robert and Stacy Mitchell of Briland Farm.

The 3-year-old Arrogate filly, trained by Hall of Famer D. Wayne Lukas, also counts the Honeybee Stakes (G3) and Martha Washington Stakes among her wins in 2022, a season in which she also ran third against boys in the Arkansas Derby (G1) and again faced males with a fourth in the Preakness Stakes (G1). Runner-up efforts in the Coaching Club American Oaks (G1) and Alabama Stakes (G1) are also on her resume this season. She was fifth in the Nov. 5 Longines Breeders' Cup Distaff (G1) at Keeneland.

Stacy Mitchell said: "We watched her run in the Breeders' Cup, and following the race we decided that we would like to see her back in the winner's circle again before she enters the sales ring."

Fasig-Tipton's president and CEO, Boyd Browning Jr., added: "We wish the Mitchells and D. Wayne Lukas much success campaigning Secret Oath next year and look forward to seeing her at the 2023 Fasig-Tipton November Sale."

Out of the grade 1-placed, stakes-winning Quiet American mare Absinthe Minded, Secret Oath has a 5-2-3 record from 13 starts with earnings of $1,768,417.
