HISA Stewards' Rulings Now Available on HISA Website

All the stewards' rulings HISA has received to date are now publicly available at hisaus.org, under the "Rulings" link on the home page. Going forward, HISA will no longer send regular rulings reports to press via email, but rather will keep the rulings site up to date so media and the public have access to the latest information in real time. 

For each ruling, the site includes a link to the full text of the ruling and a downloadable PDF as well as information on:

*    Violation date

*    Case number

*    Person involved

*    Track/location

*    Horse

*    Status

*    Classification.

The list of rulings can be sorted by each of the categories listed above. There is also a "search" function at the top of the page to further assist users in ensuring they're able to find the information they're looking for. 

Information on appeals filed, stays requested/granted, decisions on appeal and other status updates will be reflected in the "status" column of the rulings list.

Rulings will be posted to the site within 48 hours of being submitted to HISA's enforcement team. 

At this point in time, rulings related to voided claims are not listed on the rulings page of the website. HISA's communications team will continue to update press regularly on new voided claims rulings that HISA receives until those rulings are added to the website at a later date.
