The latest edition of IFHA Quarterly, a newsletter produced by the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities in partnership with the Japan Racing Association, has been released.
Volume 8 of the newsletter includes a profile of Drew Fleming, president and CEO of Breeders' Cup, a recap of the 39th Asian Racing Conference and the International Forum for the Aftercare of Racehorses, and expanded content from the Longines World Racing Awards held Jan. 17.
