The third session of under tack previews April 18 at the Ocala Breeders' Sales Company Spring Sale of 2-Year-Olds in Training saw the track heat up with fast times turned in throughout Tuesday. One juvenile clocked an eighth of a mile in :09 3/5, and one recorded a quarter in :20 3/5.
Longoria Training and Sales, agent, sent out the Frosted colt consigned as Hip 449, seeing him put in the fastest furlong work of the day, moving in :09 3/5. The April-born colt is out of the Indian Charlie mare Handwoven , a full sister to stakes- placed Auspicious and half sibling to Bashford Manor Stakes (G3) second Flatter Than Me . Vision Racing and Sales bred the colt in Kentucky and saw him sell for $50,000 last year during the Keeneland September Yearling Sale to Paul Neatherlin.

Hip 381 is a Tapiture colt consigned by Global Thoroughbreds, agent. The chestnut is from the winner Foxbeau , producer of stakes-placed Jumeirah , by Twirling Candy . Deeper on the page are the likes of Tizso, sister to Horse of the Year Tiznow, and dam of grade 1-winning sire Paynter . The April-born colt was bred in Kentucky by LLP Performance Horse and will make his first appearance in the sales ring Wednesday.
Hip 399 is the agent Julie Davies-consigned filly from the first crop of the mighty Mitole . Bred in Virginia by Knockgriffin Farm, Davies plucked the pinhook from the Fasig-Tipton Midlantic Fall Yearlings Sale for $80,000 this past October. Out of the winning Mineshaft mare Gemini R N , the juvenile is a half sibling to Aisha R N , by Mendelssohn , a winner this year at 3 for Stonestreet Stables.
Hip 466, a chestnut colt by freshman sire Omaha Beach consigned by Mayberry Farm, agent, is the first foal out of grade 3-placed Heavenly Hill . Bred by Town and Country Horse Farms in Kentucky, PSS Stables purchased him last year during the Fasig-Tipton July Selected Yearlings Sale for $195,000.
Hip 490 is a filly from the final crop of Malibu Moon , out of the stakes-winning mare Holy Fashion . The chestnut juvenile is half sibling to grade 3-placed stakes winner Above Fashion . Bred in Kentucky by Equus Farm and Spendthrift Farm, she is consigned for this sale by Centofanti Thoroughbreds, agent. She initially sold last year for $90,000 to Scott and Evan Dilworth during the Keeneland September Sale.
Hip 519, a colt by The Factor , named Last Minute, is consigned by Wavertree Stables (Ciaran Dunne), agent. The bay colt is out of the Distorted Humor mare Improv , runner-up in the Matron Stakes (G3), and out of the multiple-graded winning dam One Caroline . Last year, the colt was a $70,000 RNA at the Keeneland September Sale for his Kentucky breeder, Fl Mare Partnership.
Hip 520, a de Meric Sales, agent, consigned filly is by Twirling Candy out of I'm So Fancy . The de Merics snatched the filly up from her breeder Nursery Place (and co-breeders Donaldson and Broadbent) last year for $170,000 during the September Sale.

She is out of the stakes-winning Harlan's Holiday mare Hi Holiday , half sibling to Go For Wand (G3) winner Dr B and stakes winner Stand Up Comic . Bred in Kentucky by Frederick and May Construction, the bay was purchased as a yearling last year at Keeneland for $100,000 by Buffalo Club Bloodstock.

Hip 364, a Mitole filly consigned by Wavertree Stables, is out of Fiercely , by Hard Spun . Brandywine Farm bred the filly in Kentucky and sold her to Dennis O'Neill for $40,000 during last year's Fasig-Tipton July Selected Yearlings Sale.
Hip 518, consigned by Top Line Sales, agent, is a Liam's Map filly out of the unraced Quality Road mare Imprint . The gray or roan is the first foal out of the mare, bred in Kentucky by St. Simon Place. Dixon Enterprises purchased the filly for $100,000 during the Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale as a weanling in 2021.
The under tack show continues Wednesday at 8 a.m. ET, with Hips 526-700 scheduled to take to the track. The show will be live-streamed via the OBS website at obssales.com and BloodHorse. The breeze show concludes April 22.
