Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement Farm in Georgetown, Ky., is holding its annual tribute May 29 to its recently deceased residents. The event, which is free and open to the public, starts at 1 p.m. ET. The farm is located at 1841 Paynes Depot Road in Georgetown.

Dream Chase Farm, the farm's main facility, is home to more than 150 former racehorses and breeding stallions. The program also includes Old Friends at Cabin Creek, The Bobby Frankel Division, which is in Greenfield Center, N.Y., a few minutes from the Saratoga Race Course. Old Friends at Ashton Grove in Georgetown is a unique relationship between Old Friends Farm and the Ashton Grove Senior Living Community, which is a 40-acre facility that is home to 13 Old Friends retirees.
