The catalog for the CTBA Northern California Yearling and Horses of Racing Age Sale Aug. 15 at Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton is now available online.

This year's catalog features 166 yearlings, 13 juveniles, and a 4-year-old by popular California sires Acclamation  , Cat Burglar  , Circumference , Clubhouse Ride , Conquest Farenheit  , Dads Caps  , Danzing Candy  , Desert Code  , Don'tsellmeshort , Dosificado , G.G. Ryder, Gig Harbor , Golden Balls , Governor Charlie, Graydar  , Grazen , Idiot Proof , Many Rivers , Ministers Wild Cat , Om  , Passion for Gold , Point Piper , Richard's Kid  , Rumpus Cat , Run It , Smart Bid , Smiling Tiger  , Smokem , Southern Image , Stanford  , Stay Thirsty  , Tamarando  , Texas Ryano  , Unusual Heatwave , Uptown Rythem  , Vronsky , and Winning Cause .

First-crop yearling sires Bodexpress  , Phantom Boss , Shancelot  , and Spun to Run   are represented.

Last year's mixed sale saw 122 of the 134 horses offered change hands for a gross of $962,100. An average price of $7,886 and a median of $4,500 was recorded. Twelve horses failed to meet their reserve to represent an RNA rate of 9%.

The sale was topped by a $50,000 Sir Prancealot   colt consigned by Checkmate Thoroughbreds, which sold to Robert Jones. Purchasing five individuals for a gross of $102,200, Jones was the sale's leading buyer.

Harris Farms sold 12 of its 15-horse draft for a gross of $206,200 to be the leading consignor of the single-day sale.
