My Shea D Lady breaks her maiden on debut at Gulfstream Park

McMahon of Saratoga Thoroughbred's freshman stallion Solomini   sired his first winner July 1 when his 2-year-old daughter My Shea D Lady  won her debut by 3 1/4 lengths at Gulfstream Park. She raced five furlongs on dirt in :58.61.

My Shea D Lady, foaled in New York, is out of Ladyberg , a daughter of Teuflesberg

Owner Shea D Boys Stable bought My Shea D Lady this year at the Ocala Breeders' Sales Company's Spring Sale of 2-Year-Olds in Training from the Omar Ramirez Bloodstock for $100,000. Initially, she was acquired by Red Claw Stable from McMahon for $25,000 at The Saratoga Fall Sale in 2021 at Fasig-Tipton. The filly is trained by Carlos David.

My Shea D Lady is the first foal for Ladyberg, who was bred to Solomini two subsequent times and produced a live foal in 2023.
