After a triumphant frontrunning score in the July 22 Monmouth Cup Stakes (G3), Godolphin's Proxy will shift his focus to the $1 million Jockey Club Gold Cup (G1) Sept. 2 at Saratoga Race Course, trainer Mike Stidham told NYRA publicity.
