Providence, R.I.-based photographer Meg McMahon visited Belmont Park for the 147th Belmont Stakes to witness American Pharoah’s bid to become the 12th Triple Crown winner in U.S. Thoroughbred racing history on June 6 at Belmont Park.
An accomplished sports photographer but new to Thoroughbred racing, her unique eye captured the color, pageantry, and excitement surrounding this historic race.
