Haughty wins the 2022 Lake Placid Stakes at Saratoga Race Course
Fasig-Tipton has cataloged an additional two supplemental entries to its 2023 November Sale. These entries are cataloged as hips 260 and 261:
- Haughty (Hip 260): The daughter of Empire Maker was a multiple stakes winner at 3, including a wire-to-wire win in the Lake Placid Stakes (G2T). At 2, she finished third—beaten only three-quarters of a length—in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf (G1T). Out of a Kingmambo mare, her third dam is French Oaks (G1) winner Caerlina. She is consigned as a broodmare prospect by Gainesway.
- Adorabella (Hip 261): The unraced 7-year-old mare's first two foals to race are both multiple stakes winners, including undefeated 2-year-old colt Book'em Danno . In improving to 3-for-3, Book'em Danno took the Futurity Stakes Oct. 8 during the Belmont at the Big A meet by 6 1/2 lengths. The Gracie Bloodstock-consigned Adorabella is offered in foal to Medaglia d'Oro on a similar cross to her other multiple-stakes winner, Girl Trouble .
These entries may now be viewed online and will also be available in the Equineline sales catalog app. Print versions of all supplemental entries will be available on-site at Fasig-Tipton at sale time.
Fasig-Tipton will continue to accept approved supplemental entries through the Breeders' Cup.
The November Sale will be held Nov. 7 in Lexington, beginning at 2 p.m. ET.
