George Krikorian's homebred daughter of Justify , Just F Y I , won the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1), passing heavy 3-5 favorite Tamara in the stretch. The winner is trained by Bill Mott and ridden by Junior Alvarado. The final time was 1:44.58.
Half a length behind in second was longshot Jody's Pride , followed by third-place Candied . Tamara finished seventh.
